Aftermath of one of the most tragic cases from this year . . . "Daqon Sipple, 18, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer and criminal discharge of a firearm. Wyandotte County District Attorney Jerome Gorman, says that on July 19th, Sipple was involved in gunfire that Capt. Dave Melton was investigating at the time of his murder."
