    Lynne, you are absolutely correct. The reason why is the million (now the billion) dollar question. 50 years of anti-poverty programs, affirmative action, a black president, many black mayors and elected officials and blacks still haven't achieved equality. The definition of insanity......

  3. If one equates justice with huge payouts to lazy employees who claim discrimination then perhaps the arc will tilt slightly back. If one believes that employers have the right to fire lazy employees without reams of paperwork to convince bureaucrats and judges of their worthlessness then I suppose we should find hope.
