ReplyDeleteBob,in homicide case's,Only when an actual police officer can produce HD quality video of shooter and clear image of shooter's trigger finger applying sufficient pressure on clearly proven trigger of an actual real firearm,enough pressure so that an expert fbi firearm wittness can definitivlysay that enough pressure was applied to trigger to move firing pin forward far enough to make the firearm expell an actual bullet and still then only if actual muzzle flash can be observed in HD quality,THEN victim has to be observed in HD quality,being struck by said bullet. usually there has to be a trajectory test perfomed as well,especially in violent cities like KC,to rule out the chance that victim was not shot by someone else,simultaneously,all together not party to suspected perp .as well, prosecutors here are less inclined to indict suspected shooter unless,and not excluding several other conclusions, there is a bunch of blood & guts and brain matter on or around victim.
