Names have been changed and omitted to protect this innocent in this fair use public testimony. Take a look:
"I witnessed the murder of a beautiful young mother tonight, shot center mass through the chest in an apparent road rage incident on Sterling and Winner Road, Independence, MO. Her two young children were in the backseat when it happened and I held her hand and called her name as she faded. Her eyes glazed over and her hands clenched into twisted fists and she was gone, spilled from a minivan and lying on a sidewalk in a literal pool of her own blood.
"Lesson #1 - always de-escalate, never escalate. I've never had an argument worth dying over.
"Lesson #2 - unbelievably outstanding response, performance and professionalism from the Independence Police Department and the fire and EMS folk. Love you all and thank you for always being there. I know you'll take it from here."

So who is the eye witness and what is the testimony?????? Seeing a dead body is not being an "eye witness". Seeing the shooter, the altercation, the event is and I don't see where that is the case.

DeleteI'm not the man next to the man who was an eye witness. But if this is a photo of the SUV who shot the girl, who we have confirmed is not Toni Bones then I think TKC is doing the right thing posting this on the blog. We're not trying to win a Pulitzer here.
