TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! KANSAS CITY HITS 100 MURDERS AMID BLOODY 2016!!! WHO IS TO BLAME???

Kansas City has recorded one hundred murders so far during an exceptionally violent 2016 election year.

Our blog community is the FIRST to make this call and the number of people who have died violently this year is actually a lot higher.

The shooting death of a child and deadly gunfire last night pushed Kansas City toward this tragic century mark.

Here's the news link evidence of the count . . .

Kansas City police looking for two suspects who ran away from deadly shooting scene

KSHB: Police investigate deadly shooting in KCMO

Prosecutors consider charges in toddler's shooting death: The shooting is the second homicide at that complex this year. It’s also not the first time this year that a toddler died because a gun went off in a home.

Rise in crime prompts plea for more officers on streets . . .

And so . . .

Remember that at the start of this month, Kansas City ranked among the most violent cities in the nation and we asked our community to consider the carnage and its origin. How did we get here???

The answer from our blog community . . .

INCREASING POLITICAL CORRUPTION IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF KANSAS CITY'S RISE IN CRIME!!!

Don't worry, we've got examples . . .

- Corrupt Kansas City politicos justify paltry funding for police salaries while pushing forward expensive development projects at the behest of their corporate cronies.

- Corrupt council members have not only openly defied police but also have engaged in allegedly violent and deviant sexual misconduct inside City Hall.

- Corrupt elected officials tout reform and revitalization efforts inside the urban core that benefit only a handful of their most influential constituents.

Accordingly . . .

While there are MANY more examples, generally, rampant Kansas City corruption in 2016 emphasizes political and financial gain over public safety. And more than any other factor, this common practice among local leadership has pushed violence to its highest level in nearly a generation.

What's truly frightening about the current spate of homicide and violence is that even so-called solutions are politically charged and merely repeat failed efforts.

TKC EXCLUSIVE: THE FIRST WORD FROM THE CITIZENS TASK FORCE ON CRIME SEEMS TO BE AN OVERWHELMING FOCUS ON GUN CRACKDOWNS AND LIMITING 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS!!!

Locally, this strategy hasn't helped bigger, better cities and, again, most anti-crime efforts funded by local governments are also, essentially, politically motivated kick-backs directed toward influential constituents. Politicos pushing the COMBAT ANTI-CRIME TAX are probably the worst example of elected leaders using public safety funding to secure alliances with politically savvy residents smart enough work the system for personal gain with very little empirical evidence of effectiveness in reducing violence in communities and neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, Kansas City has transformed from a decent Midwestern metropolis to a place that, statistically, is every bit as violent as Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit and Washington D.C.

And while a great deal of hype surrounds the effort to push Kansas City toward national prominence, misplaced civic priorities have only served to create a lawless environment wherein rampant bloodshed on local streets is the byproduct of so many despicable elected leaders focused only on career advancement and patronage of their corporate masters.

You decide . . .

Those 24 million tourists and 6,800,000 streetcar riders can't be wrong.

Eventually, the violence will drop but the party never stops when 12th & Oak is paying the tab.

    uh...BLACK PEOPLE???

  6. We went and did it! We hit the century mark before Halloween. Top 10 most violent places in the country, worst run government and worst place to live capped off with 100 murders to date and polical leaders named Sly. It all is part and parcel when you consider the facts. Kansas City is the new Detroit. Bankruptcy 20 miles ahead. Silicon Prairie... lol Con Prairie is more fitting.

  7. Let's focus on solutions instead!

Kansas City is a great place and it is the development that offers us hope, not the blame for the crime.

We have momentum on our side and the streetcar, the sprint center, the P&L district and so many other attractions are the best way to show the world what KC is really about. Not focusing on our murders but showing everyone the best of KC.

Just like the first lady said, when they go low, we go high!

Dwelling on the problems of this city is too negative and won't lead to any progress. Instead let's look at what works. The streetcar has saved Downtown and provided so much more investment and opportunity. If we keep going with that effort then across midtown we can work to create less crime and more jobs.

Investment in KC is the answer not a police state where all of our funds are used to occupy streets.

We must think creatively if we are going to make KC the best.

  11. What to talk about solutions?

What about the schools. The schools should definitely take a lot of blame. We are failing to educate our children and teach them right from wrong.

Fix our schools and you are fixing the crime problem for future generations.

  12. Several years ago when it appeared that the homicide rate was going down the Police Department and the local politicians all jumped in front of the cameras to take credit for the decrease. Now that the homicide rate appears to be in an upward spiral they all are hunkering down in their rat holes trying to deflect the blame. The blame is now and has always been the terrible parenting in the minority community. I drove through the Plaza the other day trying to determine where the first Pay Day Loan business would open.

Watching the mayors in KCK & KCMO become millionaires is painful. Big crime fighters, ya right. Big paydays is more like it.

Career crooks or bought and paid for newbie's, we are so willing to give them our bank account numbers.

10:10 you are the problem. We're being robbed blind. Stop this insanity of paying superintendents six figures and remove the golden parachutes.

  16. What it boils down to is really quite simple.

BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ONE EACH OTHER,IN FACT THEY HATE EACH OTHER.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Are we still pretending ? Are we still blaming everyone and everything except Blacks ? Are we still inhabiting a fantasy world where Blacks are an important asset to our cities and our lives ? ?Our cities where toddlers are killed by stray bullets ? Where gangs of Blacks attack innocent people ? Our civilization is on fire so we...blame the Mayer and the City Council ? Poor economic development ? Blight ? Does anyone, even Blacks, still buy into this fatal fantasy ?

  18. No one person is to blame for all the shootings and killings in this city or any other, let alone in this nation, certainly but one organization does, in fact, have much of all this blood on their figurative hands and that is the NRA.

No one group has fought so relentlessly, so much, over so much time to have guns available with no background check, if wanted, for those with criminal history or mental instability than that one group.

    The NRA.

Them, more than any other group or person, is largely responsible for all the guns, all the shootings and all the deaths in America.

    Simple as that.

    1. Yeah it's the NRA.

    2. Nowhere near as simple as that, except perhaps in a simple mind. You can blame the NRA for all social ills related to violence but this leaves out the tiny matter of criminality and personal responsibility. Has it occurred to you that legal gun owners are not the issue? Roll that one around in your mind for a bit. ;)

  19. Just think if there was no border and KCK was included with KCMO. What would that count be?

    ReplyDelete
  20. ^There are no borders, just a BS PR stunt. You get our crooks on your payroll and we get your failed businesses.

    ReplyDelete
  21. let's examine the local TV media on these issues. Recall when they were pimping for KCK's water park? These fine serious journalists screaming their heads off while on the free ride? That turned out well. Then all these crying ballooning flying women with 'oh my baby, he was such a good boy' screaming at us at the top of their lungs. Let's tell everyone how to pay for another go fund me funeral.

Now, the failed America Royal has or is coming to KCK to scam the already over taxed citizens. This was a done deal some time ago. That's why the Woodlands deal was so bad....goodness they wanted to use their own funds. My, oh my, how could our city hall crooks make out on the bond deal if they used their own money? So we get the broke ass American Royal. Every noon day comedy shows (midday news) are screaming what a great success this is.

Crime pay well. News at 4:30 am, noon, 5, 6, & 10 pm. Don't miss it.

  23. "Meanwhile, Kansas City has transformed from a decent Midwestern metropolis to a place that, statistically, is every bit as violent as Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit and Washington D.C."

Tony, that's an absurd statement and you are smart enough to know it. For one thing, while violent crime has always been problem in large cities that doesn't change the fact that crime and murder have been at historical lows. Violent crime in 2016 is about on par with 2015 with Chicago being the statistical outlier. An uptick in murders and violent crime in KC, while definitely concerning, does not put us on par with Chicago. More needs to be done and I will credit you for going after local government for not having their priorities straight. That being said, you have a history with making hyperbolic statements with the intention to rile up your readers. That may get you more clicks and more advertisers but it does damage to your arguments and credibility.

    ReplyDelete
  24. so the consensus is negroids are to blame, then.

Also Tony has no advertisers except the Show-Me Institute.

  30. New York City's homicides through October 23, 2016 were 283.
KCMO's ytd body count is 100.
So KC has over one-third the homicides as NYC even though the latter has a population over 16 times as large.
Playing games with numbers and making excuses really doesn't cut it.
KCMO's ability to provide even a modicum of public safety, the most basic service and responsibility of any level of government, is pitiful and getting worse.
Maybe it's time to take some time off the eco dev train and turning somersaults and spending hundreds of millions to woo the millenials and devote some serious command attention and resources to what's clearly become an existential problem.
In fact, maybe it's way past time.

  31. Wonder why Mary Sanchez won't tell you why she is voting for Trump to support her Greek sisters ? She will vote Trump now as the Vince Foster case is unearthed by the FBI with Anthony Weiner emails? I am confused what is happening... will Forte downplay the murders to get elected? Will Batman help? where is commissioner Gordon?

    ReplyDelete
  32. 12:00 Did you just get done making up your facts? It is true that the NRA has fought very hard to insure the constitutional right to bear arms.

What is not true is your injection of made up facts regarding background checks. The true facts include that the NRA championed national background checks, fought against gun possession by felons and actually lobbied Congress to get the FBI NICS system set up and funded even when Democrats feared their own constituents would vote them out of office. Today the NRA is fighting to fix the broken background checks system and trying to get politicians to help develop and effective plan to identify and eliminate access to firearms by those mental defectives who orchestrate mass shootings.

If anyone is responsible for crime it is the criminal - something you libtards just can't make accountable for fear of loosing minority votes. It has never been the gun. The problem is the individual who perceives he will not pay a high price for his unacceptable behaviour. As long as we allow protesters and idiots to make felons martyrs, role models and heroes they are absolutely correct in their assumptions.

Affix accountability and the bullshit will stop!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm tossing some blame on the KCMO prosecutor for leaving violent felons on the street. And some blame for the judges who sentence violent felons lightly. And parole boards who are naive fools. But mostly I blame the murderers. You know who you are but the po-po sure don't.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Forte has insulted his officers and driven a wedge between them and the black communities where the violence takes place. "This is our fault" and "unreasonable fear" comments have destroyed morale and shut down any efforts from the officers on the street to address the problem. Why work for a man bent on self-promotion and self-preservation at the expense of his officers? No trust equals no desire to work for the man.

  39. You'd think blacks were sucking Tony's cock the way he ignores their behavior, which is in their DNA. To restore balance to the world, all we must do is stop pretending that blacks are some great asset.

Blacks are far from an asset.

They do the absolute minimum required, the very second the task at hand is completed the women especially sit their fat asses down. Phone in one hand, fast food in the other. Certain bathrooms are filthy, break areas are disgusting, (eat in your vehicle or standing up). When we have down time, white, and whites only will pick up debris or grab a broom to tidy up his/ her immediate work station.

Them there's the parking lot; empty liquor bottles, cigar/blunt packages, the protective sleeves & gloves we must wear (bins are labeled @ exit, blacks don't give a fuck), used condoms, on and on. As a whole, blacks are a vile race of people. My comment here is just my observation 6 days a week.

Getting back to the topic, blacks really really are worse than a natural disaster or weapon of mass destruction. This site exposes what happens to any city once blacks reach a certain percentage. Crime, corruption, filth, decay, etc., etc.

But yeah Tony continue to ignore facts for all the good it does you.
