The Kansas City Municipal Court only seems concerned in crushing seniors with code fines so they will have to move and sell out cheap.

And Hack Municipal Court lawyers charge huge fees to other people.
And the staff down there is rude and arrogant...and I of course do NOT mean because most of them are black.
