Depending on the circumstances, even if the shooting was "accidental" this could count as part of Kansas City's homicide total under uniform crime reporting standards if negligence of a parent or guardian is charged.

FOX 4 spoke to a cousin of the family who says the 3-year-old victim was one of three kids and that his mom is pregnant.

Just saw this on the news. Take one guess where the baby daddy is? That's right, prison. Serving a 50 year sentence. All black people are the same and they'll never change.
