Fox4: This suspect is charged Thursday with felony aggravated battery and misdemeanor battery after a mom says he choked her baby Wednesday morning in the checkout line of an Overland Park Walmart. Bail was set at $100,000 and he’s scheduled to be in Johnson County court Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.

ReplyDeleteI think this guy might have mental problems. Police suspected drug or alcohol abuse but this could be somebody who needs help and not only poses a danger to others but also himself. Maybe we should show a little compassion?
