Given that most folks will be watching the Chiefs or running errands this afternoon . . . For those who aren't glued to the tube . . . Here's just a bit of public info and opinion EXCLUSIVE to our blog community.
Only a single tweet and not a any major news articles in Kansas City marked the occasion . . .

RATE THE PERFORMANCE OF KANSAS CITY CHIEF FORTÉ ON THIS VIOLENT 5TH ANNIVERSARY OF HIS TENURE!!!
Some considerations . . .
- Kansas City was recently ranked as one of the most violent cities in the nation.
- There is currently a Midtown/Westport/Plaza crime epidemic that most people don't dare try to confront.
- Amid the current budget cycle KCPD has taken cuts over rank & file objections.
- Colleagues and union officials recently criticized the Chief's comments on "unreasonable fear of Black men" which led to days of local police turmoil.
- Both national and local media give the KCPD Chief credit for preventing local rioting and civic unrest while many cities have been mired in protest along with anti-police sentiment.
What's more important than all of this is how residents and voters consider the Chief . . .
So, while most of Kansas City is paying attention to fun and games . . . Let's take a look at the record of this top Kansas City law man.

How in the fuck do you put a quantitative score to a negative? Because nothing hallened he receives a B+? Where did you get your education? For Gods sake please call and get a refund. Montana hasn't had any riots, so do you give the chief credit for that? What data did you use to develop your incredibly ridiculous thought? There hasn't been a riot because there hasn't been an event and just maybe the men and women on the streets are actually doing a great job.

If he worked for Wendy's he would be fired, but the spineless mayor doesn't give a shit. If the bodies were piling up on Ward Parkay Forte would be wearing a crossing guard vest.

ReplyDeletePeople giving him a good score are basing it on the bar being set so low for black people. It has been called the "soft bigotry of low expectations" by others. He is doing a shit job in large part because hes black, just like Sly. They take their orders from the "ministers" and "community leaders" that tell them blacks are being held down by institutional racism and now that they have in power it is time to de-police KC and get whitey back. In this scenario black people should be able to do whatever they want. Don't investigate or try to stop crime, black people should be allowed to commit home-invasions. My friend and his son caught a guy in the act of stealing their car behind the Nelson. They held him down and called the police. The police refused to come. Refused to come arrest and person in custody. They had to let him go. Now they are going to let the Plaza go the way of Bannister Mall. In the future when Monday Night Football is here they won't show the Plaza lights anymore because it will be pay day loan stores and pawn shops. All because we offend the worthless, violent 12% of our population.

ReplyDeleteThe real issues with crime is not the chief. It is the Jackson County judges who are giving recognizance bonds and lower bonds on violent crimes than city charges would give. The leniency in sentencing with the average of 8 years for murder is why things are bad. Forget the chief, as long as the same judges are being voted in crime south of the river will give kc its killa city reputation

Those were not Amish shooting up the Plaza last night,or, last month in Westport. It is ALWAYS blacks committing crimes while the press hides the crimes, blames the victims and "society".
Liberals all think that crime isn't committed, it is caused.
There is never any responsibility for criminality laid at the feet of blacks, because blacks vote Democrat.
Stereotypes and generalizations are EXACTLY what we all live by, including Liberals. It gets cold in the winter and with few exceptions, you should dress warmer and wear a coat.
Blacks are the main catalyst for the rise in criminality over the last couple of years and are ALWAYS dramatically overrepresented per capita when looking at crime statistics.
