  3. Maybe these folks can team up with the "developer" in Mission who will be breaking ground any day now on a "project" that he announced ten years ago.
    And Burke can include a WalMart with his luxury hotel.
    You really can't make this stuff up.

  5. Get the contract between the LCRA and the developers. I think you will see the City is backing the bonds.
