Just when you think the swells who actually run KCMO 't have any lower opinion of the intelligence of the city's residents, an assertion like this proves they still haven't reached the bottom.
Hope Justus gets on this issue as soon as she and her blue ribbon committee solve KC's horrendous murder rate.
Any new airport plan needs money which means a popular vote. It ain't gonna pass. Just ask airport taxi drivers.
