What's the address?
ReplyDeleteAll the best that the KCMO taxpayers could buy and all the while making believe that the new East Patrol HQ was really what the project was all about.
ReplyDeleteAnd now on to the shakedown at 18th and Vine!
So much grift to pull, so little time.
Funny how they're talking about solving the blight issue. Look across the street and you'll see all the drunks, hookers, crackheads and about 20 vacant and dangerous buildings and houses.
ReplyDelete^^^ Right. The crackheads moved across the street. No mention at all about the millions of taxpayer gifts doled out and squandered by Miles. Can't hardly call it a celebration when it should have happened 20 years ago. Notice there is no community in the community center. The news clip even hints "community leaders and members of Morningstar." What a farce!
ReplyDeleteAnother untaxed, tax-exempt building. Economic development my ass!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. No footage of the overgrown lot next to the building. Curiously convenient.
ReplyDeleteIsn't Morningstar another name for satan?
ReplyDeleteNo,an Easy Rock band ,from the late 70's.
ReplyDeleteyou can still catch them on KUDL.
Is all that glass bullet proof ?
ReplyDeleteSo why are we giving churches 501c tax exempt status????
