  1. Hope the Jackson County assessor is aware of Calvert's evaluation of his property.

  2. I like how Baisden says he doesn't even know if he wants to ask for tax incentives. Our whole tax incentive program is so far out of hand that it's basically a formality to ask for it and get tax incentives. It's beyond ridiculous.

If you can afford to buy properties and build things like this then you have enough money to do it without tax payer dollars. If you can't then you probably shouldn't be building it to begin with. And if you need tax incentives to make the dollars work for YOU then the project obviously isn't a good idea.

  3. The Westside whiners just killed a project that only had tax incentives because they demanded no "new" residents park on "their" streets, conveniently forgetting that there's not enough tax base left in the west side to pay for a gravel fucking path.

Then the SAVE THE PLAZA retards killed TWO developments on the Plaza - A FUCKING HIGHRISE DISTRICT SINCE IT WAS BUILT - because the were "too dense" and "cars will be using the streets (the HORROR!)" - neither one of which required any incentives. And it cost the school district and the libraries 100s of thousands of tax dollars per year, yet nary a peep from Jennifer Wollfsie and the Cros!

Wake up, you fucking children. 90% of all susbsidies subsidize your cars.

  4. Is Stupid Suzie the only person downtown who can't sell her business? everyone else is turning profits left and right. What a dumb cunt. Maybe sniffing Sherry "the Fence" DeJanes panties doesn't make you SMARTKC after all.

  6. ^^^^^^^Yeah, between the crumbling infrastructure and the rampant crime, KCMO is really going places. Like down the toilet.

  7. Yet, it's growing and more and more people keep moving to KCMO. Maybe they are "voting with their feet" and they are voting for you to shut the fuck up,because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, you little suburban bitch boy.
