The crime happened just before 11 p.m. last Saturday at Tannin Wine Bar & Kitchen on Walnut Street, a few blocks from the Power and Light District.
Police say an armed robber walked through the front entrance, then made his way to the back office. That's That’s where he encountered two managers who were completing paperwork and held them at gunpoint.
“They were very scared,” said John Gunter, general manager. “Having a pistol put in your face is very unpleasant.”
Police say no one was hurt, but the criminal made off cash from a safe, a wallet and two cell phones.

The reality of this brazen crime is clear: Costs to secure patrons will increase along with expenses which will thereby raise prices and subsequently push more entertainment options out of reach for most broke-ass Kansas City residents despite the fact that this Downtown boom is almost completely subsidized by the broke-ass taxpayers in other parts to this town.

If you watch TV, the movies etc. etc. you would think that blacks, who are responsible for almost 60% of all murder (This year, probably 75%), 80% of violent crime and concomitant statistics in robberies, would be portrayed accordingly on TV and in the movies.
