    Anon 10:34, I don't need Google Maps, I know where 28th Street is and I know where Smart Street is, and I know the boundaries Northeast Kansas City. Northeast proper is north of Independence Boulevard/Avenue, and it definitely does NOT extend as far south as 28th.

      Smart Ave runs east/west. There's no such thing at 28th & Smart Ave; it's 28 blocks EAST of Main Street. This location is fairly close to where the firefighters lost their lives last October. In Northeast.
