A familiar story of doggie abuse . . . The last time this happened, some SOME BROKE-ASS WHITE LADY SPENT NEARLY TWO WEEKS IN JAIL, WAS PUBLICLY SHAMED BY THE MEDIA AND THE CHARGES WERE ULTIMATELY DOWNGRADED WHEN THE PUBLIC LOST INTEREST . . .
