    Why were these bus problems not discovered and ironed out sooner, rather than causing disruption and chaos for thousands of kids during the crucial first days of the school year?

    Did anybody bother to think about the effect this would have on kids and their ability to learn?

    Does anybody EVER think about that in Kansas City?
