  2. So will the new streetcar, hotel or airport solve this problem?

  3. Everyone, please contact the KC Police Chief and request something similar to KC NOVA get started up. We need more beat cops taken from the field to organize a new crime fighting technique.

    1. Which begs the question . . . Who is going to ask the Chief about the results of KC NOVA & the other programs that have pulled manpower from the streets? Those in uniform are not enforcing, they are only reacting. To make matters worse, the Homicide Detectives (who will gladly tell you they are the best of the best, but refuse to comment on their clearance rate) will blame the community for not sharing info that can solve a killing. Remember . . . Property Crimes Detectives solved the Waldo Rapist mysteries.

    2. The clearance numbers have been so skewed and jacked up that nobody knows what they are. In an effort you make things look rosier than they really are, those efforts have backfired badly and one person is responsible for that. Most of those detectives work long and hard to solve these crimes, but it is unbelievable what nonsense they're up against - an unresponsive lab, uncooperative victims and witnesses, a community that does not care, no support from command staff to name just a few.

  5. Crime already solved. 17 to 24 year-old black male shooters. Both unemployed, high school dropouts with extensive prior criminal histories. One baby momma for the dead one and two baby mommas for the survivor who will head to prison for a 15 year term.

  9. Ooooh! Maybe Mothers In Charge will post more pics of their dead children for all the world to see. The ghetto is a hellhole. Profiting from the dead doesnt bring them back to life.

  10. I thought the black chief and his "community" had this stuff under control.

  11. 27th Indiana is a known haven for crime for as far back as anybody can remember. Murder is nothing new. They thought bringing in a gas station that does not have a liquor license would quell the murderous rampage that goes on in that corridor. True, it had calmed more than what it was historically but pretty much every other week, there's a murder or two on Indiana, College, South Benton, Prospect, 50-hundred block anywhere Kansas City and in South town. Our Black Chief is doing a swell job! Thanks for being black. Now, all we ask is that you be effective. Thanks for playing!
