  1. Of course the "adults" in the house aren't cooperating with police. The kids who are probably brothers of course have different last names. How long till the morning is on the news begging for funeral donations because she is of course unemployed and of course wouldn't have life insurance policies on her kids. We will of course hear about another shooting on College Ave in the near future. Black people are so predictable.

    1. They were cousins. Jayden's last name does appear to be either Coppage or Ugwuh. The news sources are reporting two different last names for Jayden. That does indicate a single parent situation but lets not jump to conclusions.

  3. Act like this is the norm in KC. Get ready to see more vigils and balloons. Photos of dead children and nothing done. Angry speeches. Nothing done. Blaming a race, a community, he'll blame the dog. Nothin's done. Samuel old song and dance. Aren't you tired of being the victim?

  4. Just once I would like to see the media do an in depth story about the parents, grandparents, friends etc of these kids. I am mostly certain of what the story would be but its much easier to blame racism, poverty and guns for what happened.

  5. Your correct 7:46 - those kids never had a chance - probably out smoking cigs - stealin anything not chained down - just doing what they have been taught, doing what comes naturally - who in the world would allow they're precious children to be outside that late? Do they not even care? Because if they dont care - why should anyone else?

  6. How late were the kids out? I missed that.

  7. Kids were outside at 2am. That is a problem.

  8. well if they were inside - presumably safe and where they should have been - then the story is even sadder.

  9. Time for Mayor Sly shit-for-brains to blame it on law abiding, gun owning republicans.

  10. Rioting whenever a black thug is shot by the police. Michael Brown revered as a hero. Hardly a peep from the black community when their own children are gunned down by thugs. Guess we know now where the black lies matter priorities are.

  11. Ok, JoCo white grandmother talking here. When does this end? Two precious children just died. Am I angry? Hell, yes. I wish I knew who to be angry at (ok, grammar is wrong, sorry). This cannot stand, cannot continue, cannot be tolerated. Is a prayer vigil going to be the answer? For the individuals who did this, I would hunt you down and kill you myself if I could and I had to. No kid deserves this end, and nobody has the right to do this, no matter what the background of these two innocents. How many times to I have to weep for children that I didn't know but want to care about? I wish I knew of something to do, someone to help, just one thing that will save one life. Prayer vigils and memorial services are not working.

  12. 6:28 and 6:52: You are empty shells, void of any sign of intelligence. Lay your hatred elsewhere. It is unconscionable and unwelcome. Young, precious, innocent lives were lost. Loved ones are going through unimaginable pain and anguish. Stop attempting to use your hate to incite a response. Stay home and continue to loathe yourselves, as your abominable ugliness means nothing to anyone. Perhaps you could have been loved if you didn't wreak of putrid abhorrence.

  13. The cops had to get a search warrant for a home that children were shot dead on the porch at 2am! To get this case moving child endangerment charges should be filed against the "adults" in the home that night.
