Here's The Case Against Kansas Judges

This conservative media outlet takes on a controversial campaign against the legislative branch in Kansas that threatens to oust the State Supreme Court because of education funding slap fights and so much more. Checkit: Kansas' Judges Should Be Recalled Before They Do Any Further Harm

All BS - KS Supreme Court judges are not liberal, they are not unqualified, and they should not be recalled. Legislate these issues and/or amend the state constitution if there is a lack of clarity. Don't blame the judges for doing their job!

Personally, I don't like the death penalty. I think it costs the taxpayers $1 million apiece to execute someone after the lengthy appeals. And I think it is tribal justice. But it is the law. The state Constitution did not "lack clarity". Come on. It lacked agreement by four ks Supremes who think "they know better." Shades of that movie, "Minority Report". So, I will be voting to recall those four justices.

PS, I will be voting in advance, by mail. It's allowed in Ks, not in Mo. What with this Nov. election, it sure makes sense.

I know that there are a number of organizations who are calling for voters to vote certain justices out of office. Kansans for Life will be participating, as will a number of educational groups -- those who like the school equalization, and those (especially in JoCo) who hate it. It sounds to me that this court is kind of a nest of snakes that needs to be killed off. I am thankful that we have the power to recall judges every 4 years, and I plan to exercise my right to do so.

Judges do not get any smarter or wiser when they put on those black robes. Some judges just don't understand that. They are sure that those magic black robes cause them to know better than elected legislators which laws should stay and which should go. In view of their lifetime appointments, the only way remedy against such hubris is to recall them by popular vote. Vote for recall.

ALL JUDGES SHOULD BE RECALLED AND THEY'VE ALREADY COMMITTED PLENTY OF HARM AGAINST WELL-MEANING PEOPLE. IT'S NOT LAW PRACTICE, ITS VIGILANTE PRACTICE VIA CONTROL OF THE ENTIRE JUDICIAL SYSTEM WITH NO CHECKS OR BALANCES. EVER TRY TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A JUDGE OR LAWYER? It will fall on deaf ears. Believe it.

This is arguably one of the most ideological benches in the country and also one of the most dishonest. It has been repeatedly slapped down by SCOTUS for their ludicrous attempts to de facto out law the death penalty in Kansas and it also seems quite apparent that they are simply stooges for the teacher's unions and Kansas overpaid educrats as well as the abortion/baby parts industry. In essence, the Fatuous Four have never seen a baby they wouldn't kill, or a killer they wouldn't baby. They need to be thrown out, but probably won't be given Kansas soviet style retention "elections".
