    There is little or nothing left there for Sly to give away to business interests. Sly doesn't care about this part of town just like the North and East sides.

  5. well in theory it is but baiting for wild animals is illegal too ,much of the time.

    I'm not saying that you shouldn't do it ..hell,theyd probably fall right in for it. but you are not an animal and most civilised humans ,I would think, would have a hard time actually plugging somebody,over property. that and other things are what separate us from the animals thatu roam this city..

    we have respect for other human life. ya ya,we like to talk tough and all that but pretty sure most of us would have a hard time squeezing the trigger,unless our lives or our family's lives were in danger.. that's when the killer instinct and animal would come out inmost all of us...sorry ,had too much coffee this morning..I'm a rambler
