    Poor dog. Where was this? Near 55th and Holmes? Yea, this is what happens when your owner lives that close to Troost. The rubes in KC proper need to stop deluding themselves you live in the warning track of KC. An area close to Troost so expect crime but close to civilization so you think your safe from crime even though your not.
