Kansas City American Restaurant FAIL?!?

Important news for the fading cowtown middle-class . . . Fine dining in this cowtown just got a bit worse as the effort to appeal to hipsters and millennials seems to have ruined another Kansas City institution. Take a look: Leslie Collins on Twitter

It's a shame but unfortunately not that uncommon in the restaurant industry as a whole. EBT was a perfect example of this.

$250 dinners are becoming a thing of the past. People just can't afford it.

The last time I ate there, the bill was about $100 per plate (no liquor) and the food barely covered the bottom of the bowl-like plate. I can buy more good food for less elsewhere.

Owners are quotes as saying the streetcar killed all their business.

The should invite the First Friday mob and serve ramen noodles for FREE.
Get lots of photos to show what a great financial success they've become.
Join the Fantasyland PR show of downtown.
Also add some "tech" to their game.
Instant success.
