JoCo Requiem For The Real World

This week the Kansas City metro loses another real world mecca for people watching in this digital age when life is lived via mobile app. Check this EXCELLENT tribute to a ghost mall from the JoCoSOB: JOCO SOB . NET - Voice of Johnson County

Hilarious. My favorite part:

"The memory of mullets, unattended toddlers running around toxic playgrounds, and the 16-year-old pregnant girls from Spring Hill, Gardner, Olathe, Ottawa and Lousiburg. shopping for baby clothing for their 2nd child, will be wiped away with wrecking balls and TNT."

The "un-PC" truth is that as soon as you let the demographic described feel comfortable in your midst (via lack of security, stores that cater to them, etc.), the demographic that can actually "pay the bills" and keep you in business have no desire to patronize.
