ReplyDeleteSly needs to skip the building of new relationships with what passes for local tech "entrepreneurs" and work on building some serious relationships with his police, public works, fire, and other departments that he actually has some responsibilities for.

People earning the minimum wage don't pay taxes, because they live below the poverty level.
