Chastain's light rail petition has enough signatures to go on November ballot
The light rail petition (the largest capital infrastructure improvement project ever proposed in the city's history) has met the signature requirements.
The Kansas City Election Board Director told me the light rail petition, "looks good," and then he sent it to the city clerk by courier. The city clerk has been unable to confirm that the petition meets the signature requirements due to her involvement in the city council hearing going on today.

ReplyDeleteSure wish I could meet Clay in person, in a little out of the way alley. But I've never wanted to go to Tennessee even if a little fun beat down was at the end of the trip. Nothing drastic just a little friendly slap fest, the kind where if you were losing you'd laugh and say "ok, fuck it. I quit already" and you'd shake hands and part.
