  1. This is a major festival this weekend.

Now that gay marriage is legal, I wonder why there's not more news about this on mainstream media. Seems like there should've at least been a morning news team covering preparation for it.

  2. When diversity is defined by your sexual orientation. That's a shame.

  3. I sure hope they find a place for these turd bounders to take a legal shit or the bad breath on that toy train is gonna be total hell.

  4. MUST SEE a bunch of fags, lesbos and trannies? I'd rather hang around a bunch of feral niggers all weekend.

  5. I ws going to Google "LGBTQIA Community " to find out WTF all those letters stand for--

then realized... I don't really want to know.

  8. RE: "TO CELEBRATE DIVERSITY, EQUALITY AND RECOGNIZE THE EIGHT SENATORS WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE SJR39 FILIBUSTER"

#1 To get it straight (pun intended), how could it be a celebration of diversity when you're drawing strictly from a small minority of the entire KCMO community? Diversity would be blending into the greater whole of society without trying to become a spectacle.

#2 Nothing about these two individuals (Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal and Senator Jamilah Nasheed) is worthy of honor.

#3 People like KCMO Councilwoman Jolie Justus constantly seek to make a BFD out of being "an openly gay" elected representative of the people. NEWSFLASH!! STFU and do your job, just like all the others who don't make their sexuality a primary focus.

  9. 7:49 = OK Tony. I don't want to get a hug from a man, but I'll do your sister again if she'll wear the gunnysack like last time.

  12. While Tony's hormones were flying it was announced that Kalee Dionne is leaving 41 and going to the NBC owned station in Chicago. This is a huge huge move and I'm betting we will see her being tested on the full network in short order. I can not think of any local broadcast talent that made a move this huge, although Harris Faulkner scoring the Fox gig was not exactly a chump move either.

    Dead on the money.

I got no truck with the gays, but Jesus, we all have to hear the incessant drumbeat of how "Special" they are until we are bleeding out of our fuckin ears. The naked, superficiality and cellular embrace of narcissism has never been so odious and churlish.

    STFU.
