Turnabout is fair play . . . The $27 MILLION for 18th & Vine has stalled and could be just another empty promise made to the 3rd District . . . This forum offers an opportunity for locals to consider "separate and unequal" development politics that typically end up looting from schools and libraries in order to fund corporate endeavors.

ReplyDeleteIf you added together all the taxpayer money that has DISAPPEARED over the years east of Troost, you could build new hotels and throw in a few apartment complexes as well.

This is just the latest chapter in the endless story of gimme, gimme, gimme.
With "leadership" like this, it's no wonder the east side is how it is and people who can continue to move out.
How much money has Dr. Curls already been paid by the political machine on projects east of Troost. Pay close attention to the project advocates...they are the ones pulling the cash for little to no work for themselves and friends and families.....not for the benefit of the East side community at large. Sell outs....pure and simple!!!

This woman claims to be a real estate professional because... wait for it... her father was in some type of real estate law suit. This woman teaches at Penn Valley. Guess what, she doesn't teach anything about real estate. Nice try but the race card needs to be revoked here.
