Kansas City Catholic Diocese Renaissance According To Mary Sanchez

Our favorite Latina hack keeps the faith in this somewhat pious interview column about Kansas City Catholic re-branding . . . New bishop, new healing after KC diocese sex abuse scandal

  1. I wonder when we'll hear from the school superintendents, scout leaders, rabbis, ministers, and others who are equally guilty. In no way am I trying to diminish the crimes perpetrated by a relatively small number of priests or those (especially Bishop Sullivan) who provided cover but to ignore the fact that abuse occurs at a greater rate in schools and elsewhere provides cover for those abusers.

New President, new healing after Democratic National Committee voter abuse scandal
    By Mary Sanchez

Nearly incomprehensible national suffering preceded the transition into office of the Trump Administration.

    The nation seeks reconciliation.

The new President, to be inaugurated in January 2017, will make a public appeal for the DNC to publicly apologize for decades of abuse committed by it's members and officeholders.

President-Elect Donald J. Trump will lead a Service of National Healing at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. Trump has asked every member of Congress to attend. He’s requested that they bring a flag representing their home state, a sign of pride, to be planted on the White House grounds encircling the national flag.

Trump is expected to announce additional measures that the nation is ready to take to further healing. The entire country is invited to the 2 p.m. prayer service on the National Mall, an acknowledgment of the ripple effects created by decades of political abuse of power.

Many voters had vowed to never set foot into a voting booth again. Some have never told anyone what happened to their vote. Several victims are believed to have taken their own lives. And for some, former political junkies, the voting booth itself is a trigger for PTSD.

Only faith — God’s love sincerely acted upon — can heal that pain.

May God Bless the United States of America, and may President Trump Make America Great Again!!!

  6. Catholic Church certified by Mary Sanchez as repented for past sexual abuses. Now how about taking on Islam and their official support for sexual abuse?
