I'm glad that he understands that the beliefs of 1.6 billion people are diverse. We can talk about Christians, or we can talk about Protestants & Catholics. We can talk about Islam, or we can talk about Sunnis & Shias. Just like in Christianity, it matters which verse you pick & choose, & which ones you choose to ignore.

ReplyDeleteWhat an utterly ridiculous article. You really think that Christianity and Islam are equivalent in the proportion of adherents who accept or at least tolerate LGBTs? Homosexuality is legally punishable by DEATH in 10 Muslim majority countries. In the U.S., we condemn Christian bakers for not wanting to cater an LGBT wedding. Tammeus, you lost all credibility with this article.
