The ownership structure of this local entertainment district doesn't bode well for public improvement funds . . . Also, the empty painted on storefronts aren't fooling anybody: Do Too Many People Own Kansas City's 18th And Vine District?

What people are not hearting is anyone at city hall saying this is it. After this not more money thrown at this mess.
ReplyDeleteKansas City needs to get the hell out of the real-estate game and just work on being a city government taking care of taxpayers needs.
ReplyDeleteCity Hall does not need to throw good money after bad. An idea was tried for 18th & Vine and it did not work. More money is not going to make it work. Let's use that money to reduce water & sewer bills.
