Man allegedly high on meth accused of ramming 3 people with SUV in Lenexa, thought they were after him.

OLATHE, Kan. - Jose Antonio Robledo-Medrano, 29, of Kansas City, Mo., appeared in Johnson County Court on Thursday, charged with two counts of aggravated battery, one count of aggravated battery/intentional harm and one count of felony possession.
