What do call the movie chronicling her negligee escapades in the TKC basement?

  7. Cops have radio's and dashboard cameras. Once they have the perps ID they can call off the chase and use radio communication to find him and the car. The urgency to arrest the individual should not rely on the police ability to drive fast with sirens and lights blaring. This is unexceptionable behavior from a tax payers perspective. This incident should be treated like a police shooting.
