Just a quick note on the state of Kansas City infrastructure this morning . . .
To wit . . .
WE'RE ALREADY GETTING FIRST WORD OF A FEW CAR CRASHES AND TREACHEROUS STREETS IN KANSAS CITY PROPER AMID FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND JUST A BIT OF PRECIPITATION!!!
Again, all of this should be understood in the context of City Hall asking for more Earnings tax cash and claiming that there's simply not enough money to run KC without subsidy for more eco-devo schemes than local services.

Just stay in until about 9 am when it warms above freezing & then gets up into the 40s
