  1. When they spend a billion up there on Sly's new terminal or on an unnecessary renovation, Sly won't be able to borrow 10 million any more from his rich uncle Mark. Uncle Mark will be tapped out paying back his own loans he can't afford.

  2. I believe a fact check will show this debt has not been paid back. Repealing the earnings tax will go a long way toward stopping this stupid spending. When the slush fund dries up, city hall will have to be more frugile with taxpayers money!
