    Please see examples like the following:

    Wyanndotte County District Attorney Jerome Gorman said veteran KCK police officers have been left shaken by what they've found. "The officers that have been out there describe this as one of the worst things they have ever seen," he said Monday.

    Clearly, the potential jury pool has been contaminated by prejudicial statements made by authorities prior to trial.

    Hell, they started each news story about the guy, " Anti-semite, Glenn Cross ". That isn't influencing a potential jury pool at all, is it?

      Glenn also represented himself. A competent attorney, those are rare, or self-represented person would have asked for a change of venue.
