TKC EXCLUSIVE: KANSAS HOUSE REP. LOUIS RUIZ STAYS WINNING NATIONAL HONOR!!!

Realization . . . Kansas Democrats can talk a big game about taking back some of their power in the Sunflower State or keep playing the "What's The Matter With Kansas?" card until the cows come home but that won't change things until they start working with more successful politicos and not propping up paper tigers.

Example . . . Coming out of WyCo, Rep. Louis Ruiz has been doing solid work for years and remains one of the strongest Kansas Democrats in the House. If the State Party organizers were serious about challenging Gov. Brownback or GOP party dominance at all . . . They would be looking at this NEIGHBORHOOD LEADER.

Here's the latest and a realization that some Kansas City leaders are quicker to earn recognition outside of this town . . .

Washington, DC/Atlanta, GA – The National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL) held another successful National Summit in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend.
