TKC BREAKING NEWS: JESSICA PODHOLA LAUNCHES LOW RENT SOCIAL MEDIA MISSOURI STATE SENATE CAMPAIGN!!!

With little fanfare and not a lot of obvious support, underdog candidate for Missouri State Senate Jessica Podhola launched her campaign tonight.

A few of our TKC denizens have been spamming talk about this one but far more connected and AWESOME KCMO INSIDERS sent a link our way.

The behind the scenes here is that the candidacy was mostly encourage by Jackson County Legislator Crystal Williams - A lady who hasn't accomplished much in her job but looks to achieve KCMO power broker status.

This is an interesting gambit but with neither union nor establishment political support . . . This outsider candidate doesn't seem to have much of a shot in a Democrat runoff. Moreover, Eastern Jack has shown very little affinity for lady candidates at the State level.
