One of the latest local murders is exceptionally relevant not only because it pushes Kansas City closer to the murder century mark but also because it's a knife crime amid so much talk from authorities about gun control.
And then here's info on a South Kansas City gunfire exchange that ended with a murder as well . . .
All total, that's two murders on this otherwise cowtown Tuesday night.

Again, this is murder #92 by our count ... Sadly, that number still puts us past @ 2013 levels. Last year politicos touted victory over violent crime with only 87 homicides total.
