What we care about is how police used their taxpayer funded tools and also abuse their power with those tools, their position and mostly likely, this is a pic of the officer grabbing lunch at the hospital. Shooting victims aren't taken to St. Lukes, they're taking to Truman which is better versed in shooting related injuries. St. Lukes is not known for cutting edge gun-related injuries. STFU

AND, this picture is a pd car in a plaza parking garage as you can see one of their call boxes on the wall where you can call for the super awesome chesley brown worthless security lol.
