It seems that there's no escape from the Matrix of racism and hate which defines Kansas City.

What this article really says is that Kansas City's so-called tech boom really hasn't done much to help people of color. To be fair, even white people without political connections aren't getting jobs in the Kansas City tech scene simply because there hasn't been much new employment created!!!
