    Aim 4 Peace is he largest grafter giveaway in the Health Dept.'s budget....how many shooting did they prevent....not a fucking one!!

    Oh, they didn't prevent any shootings but boy, did they make some NIGGERS happy!! After all, that's the intent of such programs, to keep the NIGGERS content and off the streets. Doesn't work, but they keep it up anyway.
