Subject: Uber driver charged with sexual assault previously served prison time for weapons charges
The same week KCI airport officials take the unprecedented step of eliminating the requirement for Uber drivers working at KCI to be subject to a fingerprint background check, another Uber driver, who passed Uber's "vaunted" background check, sexually assaulted a woman.
What should be more disturbing to all of you is the fact that this driver previously served prison time for possession of stolen military weapons including a rocket launcher. He was also accused of inquiring about surface to air missiles. Despite that criminal record he was still allowed to drive an Uber.
Very simply, you are putting the public at risk. One can only ask why did this happen?

Actually, the suspect tried to get a rocket launcher but didn't succeed. Still, the point is clear . . .

ReplyDeleteFor clarity, the story didn't happen in Kansas City, it happened in Dallas. Further, I find it hard to believe all of KC's cabbies have sparkling records.
But none of that matters, if I want to "risk my life" with an Uber driver, isn't that my right. Its my body after all.

With all the deets and denzens flying around, here is another question. Since this blog is so interested in so called wasted taxpayer money, make inquiring minds wonder just how much Tony paid in taxes last year. Betting odds it was minimal at best and the rest was under the table from the likes of Bill White and other "special interests".
No, you don't spend the amount of time it takes to run out all this cut and paste without some money changing hands. Oh, know that the anonymous comments will follow, and maybe even a patent denial from the fat ass himself. Personally, I could care less. This blog, and the issues it discusses are readily available from any of a dozen other outlets. Me, I like to read the cum guy comments and I like the bear. Beyond that, I can get read about crime and the LGBT crowd anywhere.

ReplyDeleteActually, no you can't. The media in KC is just as suspect when reporting crime and twisting the message on any and every given story.
Here at TKC by way of the comments and story, you will get a far better idea of what is really going on behind the headlines.
