As if that isn't enough if a few years there will be train rides from the ghetto right to the Sprint center, Westport and The Plaza.
Flee for your life this city is being designed to bring an end courtesy of the liberal tax loving liberals.
Maybe City should cancel the toy train project now. They already have the claimed benefit of $1 billion + commercial development. Cancellation looks like a win - win situation. KCMO should be getting real estate taxes on the development and they won't have to throw good money after bad on the trolley.

Many raises , kudos, and noteriety is is store for many city employees. Do not let a small delay taint this glorious project that many will boast personally for years in front of friends and family. Job well done bros. This year a bowtie will be required at the office Christmas party.
ReplyDeleteI can not wait for KC to relearn some lessons here. First off the maintenance issues with graffiti will have the thing parked half the time. Then the first time there is a mechanical issue it will take forever to get special order parts shipped from Spain. Then at some point there will either be an environmental or major safety issue that will shut her down. The opportunities for fun and games, all financed by the tax payers, are endless. In the mean time the horses on the Plaza will just be shaking their heads.
