Paul represents Independence citizens in Jefferson City. Greaseball Phil has lobbying contracts with both the City of Independence and Jackson County (how else does he pay for all those horses that he physically loves so frequently?).
Do they provide any value to those they represent? The answer is a resounding "No." Neither of these men possess even a shred of credibility in Jefferson City. If Paul was my representative I would raise hell. I don't live in Independence because I don't particularly enjoy trailor parks or meth, but I do live in Jackson County. The fact that ol' Rapey Phil LeVota gets a few cents of my tax dollars each year is pretty unpalatable. They should both resign or be fired.
