The JaxCo Sheriff's office is always good for a scandal at least once a year but this time around the hot mess could prove even more tawdry according to TALK ALL OVER JACKSON COUNTY . . . This isn't TKC searching for good scoop . . . This scandalous report is pretty much common knowledge among all the denizens of 12th and Oak who are surprised that a SHOCKING liaison has been allowed to continue for so long without SOMEBODY crying foul.
