Apparently, the horrific weight fluctuations endured by Elvis were caused by his constipation and he'd look as if he'd lost 20lbs after finally taking a healthy bowel movement.

It's important to take a life lesson from one of the greatest thieves of African-American culture and let it all out given that, as always, information wants to be free.

FINALLY, WE'RE ABLE TO REVEAL THE DEETS OF A DRAMATIC MAYOR SLY RUN-IN WITH TWO COUNCIL MEMBERS WHEREIN INSIDERS WERE AGHAST @ THE CLOSE CONTACT!!!

Here's the scoop according to KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS, KC Insiders and several people who witnessed the display . . .



Background: At the T-Bones game a couple of weeks ago and following Mayor Sly having a few complimentary refreshments . . .

"It was at this point in about the 5th or 6th inning that he turned his "attention" to Ms. Loar. I'm not sure what your readers know about her, but she is a nearly 65 year old and very petite woman. Maybe 5'1 or 5'2" at best. We watched, horrified, as he started to literally poke, yes I do mean aggressively poke, Ms. Loar in the arms and chest with his right index finger repeatedly for the rest of the game. When he jabbed her, she would try to turn away or block him, but he just kept jabbing at her. He must have poked her at least 50 or 60 times. While sticking her, he would give off this fake laugh, wiggle his hips, and say things like "why won't you dance with me", and "come on, smile for me!" like he was trying to cover-up what he was really doing which was flat out inappropriate in my opinion. It's clear he was trying to intimidate her and dislikes her. I was doubly surprised to see the Mayor's entourage of police officers just standing there looking the other way. Sick. After about 15 minutes of this, we all left."



Now, we talked to other peeps about the incident and they say it actually started with some tense talk betwixt the Mayor and Council-Elect Loar regarding the new airport. Apparently, Mayor Sly was more than a bit huffy about Ms. Loar's skepticism of the new KCI project.

The poking fiasco was actually Mayor Sly being nicer than he had started out.

But it didn't stop there . . .

Kansas City Insiders report Mayor Sly was also getting a bit touchy-feely with council-lady elect Heather Hall.



Seriously, what kinda dude puts his hands on a cop's wife? Even in jest.

Still, we want to emphasize here that TKC wouldn't dare suggest anything tawdry or out of line. We're certain the Mayor's heart his pure . . . Readers have to judge for themselves after this report featuring more than a few eyewitness accounts.



Well-intentioned touching betwixt colleagues is a gray area most of the time and it can mean a lot of things. We remind readers that Petula Clark simply grasping Harry Belafonte's forearm during a duet and made TV history as some overwhelmingly rejected the "interracial touching" during a national broadcast.

It's neither a crime nor harassment to offer a friendly hand to a co-worker . . . I guess and to keep me out of court.  

Still, insiders tell us that they overheard Hall saying "I don't want his hands on me" and expressing a bit of relief that her hubby wasn't around.

And so . . .

FORGET BORING COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENT CHATTER . . . MAYOR SLY GETTING UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH THE NEW COUNCIL IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT!!!
