  2. But P&L isn't because of the continuing issue of the CBE ants its youth event. 4 shot and over 20 arrested over three weeks time. Anywhere else in the city would be shut down or their licenses suspended. They claim that the College Basketball Experience is open on weekend nights for the youth parties so that they arrest causing problems elsewhere. That logic seems off when fights and disturbances of nearly 500 teens and young adults are happening and people are getting shot. It's a gang play party and its only a matter of time before the yellow blankets start showing up on the ground downtown
