  1. If it's so successful, why are we still subsidizing northland development? Shouldn't the "free market" handle all that?

  2. What segment of the population is NOT in Clay County? On any of the Boards, Commissions, etc. That's why the real estate market is booming. The Jermaine Reeds of the world isolated in ghetto concentration. And the people he represents did it to themselves. With Reed you'll have industrial uses mixed with residential and then the folks who live there will wonder why the epidemic of asthma is at an all time high. Toxic administration. Toxic results. Congratulations!

  3. Q: "What segment of the population is NOT in Clay County? "

A: The primary (as in over 50%) tax base, which lives between state line and troost, from the river to 75th st...

  5. KC is dependent on the north. They should really think about incorporating into another city. I'd move there if they did.

  7. The tootooter is feeling angsty today, man-children of tonys Johnson county! Look out for his quick wit! He will convince you of his position, just like he convicted 20% of his neighbors to vote for Clarence "single issue" Cash!

  9. kcmo river to 85th st and beyond, south kc bannister longview ruskin IS DETROIT. suburban clay n platte are propping up south of river, in day to day terms, not no glitzy skyline jerkoff fantasy

  10. The real question is why would anyone want to live in KCMO north or south of the river. High taxes, ineffective police and a complete lack of basic services. Plenty of suburbs offer much better.
