Two charged in Oct. 31 fatal shooting
Two Kansas City men have been charged in the Oct. 31, 2014, murder of Dionte Greene, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced today.
Travone Shaw, 19 (dob:3/24/1996), faces Murder 2nd Degree Felony Murder, Robbery 1st Degree, and two counts of Armed Criminal Action, while Antonio Golston, 21 (dob: 2/18/1994) faces Murder in the 2nd Degree and in the alternative Murder 2nd Degree Felony Murder, Robbery 1st Degree and two counts of Armed Criminal Action.*
According to court records, in the early morning of Oct. 31, 2014, police found the victim’s body in a vehicle parked near 69th and Bellefontaine. He had been shot in the head. His cell phone was found in the vehicle. Witnesses told police that prior to the shooting, the victim had been contacting multiple individuals on Facebook about meeting. A search of the victim’s Facebook account showed several messages between the victim and a person detectives were able to identify as Travone Shaw. Fingerprints in the victim’s vehicle matched Shaw’s prints. Shaw told detectives that Antonio Golston told him he was going to rob someone. He told him to sit in the front seat, and when the victim arrived, Golston got into the back seat, Shaw stated. They went to a gas station and withdrew cash, then drove to a residence on Bellefontaine. Golston pulled a handgun, pointed it at the victim and shot Greene one time, Shaw stated.
Prosecutors have requested a bond of $250,000 cash on each defendant, who were charged over the weekend and taken into custody.

President Garfield was actually shot in a hate crime by a radical who despised bearded men.
President McKinley was killed in a hate crime while attending the Pan-American Exposition by an assassin who hated people with last names starting with "Mc."
President Kennedy was the victim of a hate crime targeting Catholics.

They didn't have to. They didn't need to. It's like Blacks killing Blacks is as much of a sport as White policemen killing unarmed Black people. Except one is challenged and the other goes unabated without so much as a mention.
